From Tracy: "One of my two new charts in the Arrangements series celebrates the many ways to make hot chocolate special. You’ll recognize peppermint, of course, and marshmallows big and small, with a delicate marshmallow vine at the bottom. I've also provided for the adventurous cocoa drinkers with chili, orange, and anise. Mexican hot chocolate starts with a round chocolate tablet and the molinillo (opposite the mini-whisk) is used to froth it up. Don’t forget the finishing touch of whipped cream and sprinkles."
